Other: There is a new asphalt patch in Olive street after recent utility work that is insufficiently high to fill the gap, and therefore is hazardous to bicyclists. This is part of a larger pattern of asphalt patches being applied inadequately along the Hawthorne-Weatherstone and Thornton-Arden bikeways. I appreciate that the city went back and addressed the bad patches on Hawthorne at southdowns and on Thornton between Highland and Maxwell after I reported them, but I would prefer if the patches could be done well the first time.
