Letter: Comment/suggestion re: People's Park. Saw article in the HT about improvements. Would like to add a suggestion that the wall be removed. It attracts people to sit on it and attracts walkers-by to converse w/those sitting on it and blocks pedestrian traffic on sidewalk. In addition, it is dingy and unattractive. She applauds the Dept for its initiative to improve the park.
