Other: Given that the City refuses to fine residents who blow leaves and grass into adjacent properties and/or onto sidewalks and streets (or even just acknowledge the validity of a complaint made about it), it seems like it will be perfectly fine in the future for everyone to just rake all their leaves and grass clippings into the streets and let the street-cleaners deal with the mess.
