On July 16th, 2024 the Mayor's Office sent out a public news release letting the City know about the availability of the 2024-2025 Neighborhood Residential Permit Program. It was also posted on the Parking Services Facebook page. As a long time customer/resident the permits have always expired on August 15th annually. You still have plenty of time to apply.
