There is a light pole directly across from Sushi Bar that has been out or malfunctioning for some time now. I recently submitted a report through Duke's website but was informed that the light was "removed from Duke accounts in 2023" and that they therefore lack jurisdiction to act. Pole #768017. South Village Ct: there is one little drain at the end of the street and when there is a down pour for a length of time it can’t handle it and water starts to back up getting quite deep in the street! One of our neighbors knows about this and will get out in the water and clean the drain, which we shouldn’t have to do. Every Tuesday is recycle day on our street and loose trash floats down to this drain. The water has come up in our driveways and yards. Hopefully this can get resolved. I have lived here 24 years and nothing has been done about it. Thank you
Olcott Park behind Jackson Creek middle has a very large pothole at the circle drive by the playground that needs filled in immediately. This hole has the potential to damage vehicle tires and wheels.
The pavement on our cul-de-sac has been deteriorating for a year or more in a few spots. I am requesting some repair on this on Eva Hill Drive in Renwick subdivision.

4th Street is in need of repaving. We had heard from some Utility workers on site that the storm sewer line along 4th St was broken between Jackson and Fairview. They covered (with sphalt) a storm sewer inlet grate at SW intersection of Fairview and Jackson. Several new holes were made in the road surface. The street has holes, patches, large cracks and detioriating material everywhere. Streets in Hyde park have been resurfaced x3 since 4th St has been resurfaced.
