Inaccessible Parking:
Other: I sent a photo of this via Facebook Messenger to the parking department, and whoever responded to me seemed to think it was a pretty big issue as well. But weeks later it's there still. I understand that there are reasons for manholes on streets, but to place a handicap spot right next to them is absolutely ridiculous. People who are already challenged with mobility do not want to step out on uneven pavement. Weird metal boxes that our trip hazards with dips in them that make puddles develop during rain is maybe the last place I would put accessible parking. Yes, that is the one area in front of fountain Square Mall that a slight ramp up for those who need it, but these metal boxes defeat the purpose. Even knowing that they're there. I have tripped on them several times. Luckily I haven't fallen and hurt myself. But somebody else might.
