Planning staff do not go onto private property without permission, so if you are directly south and adjacent this property, we would not be going onto your private property to take a light trespass reading without your permission. We are taking measurements from the public right-of-way and all our measurements from the public right-of-way showed the lights to be in compliance with the lighting trespass limits set in the City's Outdoor Lighting Standards. Without any further information, these continued reports will continue to be closed out as duplicate and invalid reports as the lighting appears to be compliant with the City's standards. As was discussed with Planning staff on the phone in the past, you can arrange with Planning staff a visit on your property if you would like this to be addressed further, otherwise as previously detailed we cannot take a light measurement on the private property as pictured.
