Once again, Planning staff have investigated the property around 3 times I believe, one of which included when the lighting was in fact turned off and unable to be measured - since the lighting was not on. Repeating the complaint for the same property and issue will not yield different results. This issue has been repeatedly investigated and closed out as not in violation with ample explanation by Planning staff about Title 20 standards. Again, the complainant should reach out directly to the Planning Department ((812)-349-3423) to discuss the standards to gain an understanding of why this is not in violation, if the previous explanations on the anonymous reports have not been helpful, or if the situation at the property has actually changed. All duplicate reports will be closed out as duplicate/invalid.
