Nuisance Lights:

Other: Multiple unshielded lights causing glare and trespass, left on around the clock. This is an ongoing problem, now there is an additional light. East and south side of the house causing light trespass Light trespass Glare. All lighting fixtures shall be installed so as not to cause glare at or beyond the property line and shall not be aimed toward traffic. Shielding Light Trespass. All lighting fixtures shall be installed so that light trespass from any property line, except a property line abutting a public street, shall not exceed two footcandles at a point one meter beyond the property line.
