Other: The fake grass on the east side of the north tunnel at the Switchyard playground is ripped and loose. Kids step out of the tunnel and onto this damaged fabric that slides under foot and is very dangerous. A fall and injury hazard as of 2/28/2026.

Partially resolved. We've been doing short term fixes until a more permanent solution can be implemented. We're hoping this can be bundled in with the Parks Operation bid that's going out for pour and play. in 2026
