Thank you for sending in this feedback. We were aware. Unfortunately the design of the carousel has created challenges. We've done major repairs to it twice already since it opened in Nov 2019. We've lubricated it but it's still not working correctly. More parts and another major repair are needed. We are evaluating what the best course of action is.
