Traveling Town Hall with Mayor Kerry Thomson Set for Sept. 9

Mayor Kerry Thomson will host the next Traveling Town Hall on Monday, Sept. 9 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Binford Elementary, 2300 E 2nd St. Council member Dave Rollo will also attend.

The event begins at 6 p.m. with a brief update from Mayor Thomson on recent city projects and initiatives. Following the update, Mayor Thomson and Councilmember Rollo will review and respond to the questions submitted on the index cards. If time permits, Town Hall concludes with a live Q&A session to address any additional inquiries.

This is part of the city’s ongoing goal to ensure accessible government. Traveling Town Halls are hosted every other month, providing residents the opportunity to engage directly with their local government officials, ask questions, and learn more about city projects and services.
