This project will construct improved curb ramps and crosswalks at multiple throughout the City. Additional location information will be available as the project progresses. Design and construction is federally funded with a local match. This project utilizes funding from the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP).
A design consultant has yet to be selected. Project scoping should be complete by the end of 2025 or early 2026. Design and right-of-way acquisition (if required) will take place during 2026 and 2027. The project will be bid out for construction in mid-2028. Construction is tentatively planned for 2029. All schedules are subject to change.
