There's a tree being pulled down onto an occupied ADU by some vines. There's a power line running between as well.

This needs cleaned up ASAP. It's dangerous and someone can get hurt
The homeowner doesn’t maintain the back of the property along the fence line and alley. They have a fence that is 10’ tall preventing them from seeing how bad the vegetation is and we have been cutting it down ourselves. It also interferes with Duke energy lines and has a cord hanging in a tree.
Greenery growing between paved walk and street is so tall that driver entering Sare Road cannot see oncoming traffic.
There has been a large Rumpke dumpster parked in the exit lane of the parking lot of our apartment complex for 10 days. Hunter Bloomington Property Management gave residents no notice of this dumpster -- or of the two others that have previously been placed in other spots in the parking lot. This makes the necessity of driving the wrong way down the drive lane in the back lot in order to exit even more dangerous. I called their office before end of the day on Friday, June 27th and received no answer. But I haven't been able to get a person on the phone from property management in several months. I also sent an email on July 1 which they also have not responded to. The dumpsters appear to have been for construction garbage, as one of the buildings was re-roofed last week. But residents have used the dumpsters for personal garbage and with the heat, the smell is quite noticeable, just outside our door. We have not been able to consistently get deliveries to our door since this most recent dumpster appeared. And we are also concerned that the dumpster may block the access of emergency vehicles, which I noted in my email to property managment.
This yard frequently has trash other debris in the yard, tall grass and low-hanging untrimmed tree limbs that are unsightly and maybe dangerous for neighbors and passersby. They also leave the trash cans lying in the yard or on the sidewalk all week long.
A red Ford truck at 613 S Eastside Drive has (again) been parked in the same spot for over a month now. According to the City's Ordinance it is abandoned: 15.04.020 'A vehicle left on public property continuously without being moved for three days'. If the owner (612 S Eastside Drive) does not want it to be considered abandoned, he needs to move it every four days.
Excessive water from drainage creek has engulfed vehicles and properties caused by improper size culvert and drainage path South of address.
The new bus stop on Henderson St by Brandon Ct is full of trash.
Serious flash flooding in our neighborhood last night. At least 7 residential lots were affected on W Allen (6 north side of the street, 1 south side) directly west of the drainage creek that runs alongside Patterson. This has been an issue for several years, but is happening with increased frequency and severity. I've owned my house since 2012 and experienced 1 instance through 2019. Since then we've had floods covering much of my front yard at least twice a year. Last night was the 3rd instance this year and the worst I've seen. Water level reached my knees while on the sidewalk. Earlier this year, one neighbor's car was totaled due to flooding. Another had water rise up above floor level in their house a couple years ago. Previous attempts to clear brush, debris, and small blockages in the creek have had no impact. Rain garden bump outs were installed on Allen. They seem to have no impact as they run east up Allen whereas the source of flooding is the creek to the west. Utilities staff working on our block in the past have suggested culverts were too small to handle water flow. Reading the 2022 stormwater master plan, I wonder if installing a detention pond nearby might help.
