Other: ATTN: Engineering Dept. For years, trees and bushes on city R/W have impeded Prospect Street adjoining the property (west of S. Madison St). Beacon GIS will confirm that the overgrowth is in the R/W. The street department at times has cut back the overgrowth. The planning department has indicated that there are invasive plants at this location. Trees hang down and touch vehicles when not trimmed. The problem has continued to get worse over the past several years. Not only is the overgrowth unmanageable, it is unsightly, detracting from neighborhood property values.
