Other: In light of the exchanges on the issue of these cars being parked within 20' of the crosswalk at the intersection of S Henderson and E Wylie, I wanted to post a picture that really emphasized the distance. This is a car parked on the road shoulder (in the right of way) and it is clearly parked within 20' of the crosswalk, which is pictured. I don't know if this car being parked *perpendicular to the right of way* is any kind of additional violation. Since it's also sticking out into the city-improved section of the right of way, whatever regulation applies to cars parked in private drives but sticking substantially out into the city-improved section (the street) seems like it could apply, but I can't really speak to that.
