Manhole is no longer able to be correctly and safely seated. My friend just fell down it, he is okay tho. It has also messed up my parents brand new Toyota and they are not happy. The picture I sent is it just sitting on top, if a car hits it in will turn and or flip.

I have filed numerous complaints. Neighbors are frustrated with this house. Using a residential neighborhood as a commercial site blocking people’s abilities to park in front of even their own houses due to the people he has coming in working on these vehicles or parking all up and down the street. All hours of the day and night getting deliveries blocking driveways for periods of time while doing pick ups or delivery. Now they’re painting vehicles outside on the street area that’s causing overspray which I’ve already caused an issue on my last car I had. They shouldn’t be spray painting anything outside with all these vehicles out here. The next complaint goes higher up whatever it is this has got to stop. They block roads with doors open all the time working on these vehicles, you can never get through or even go that way sometimes to get out of the neighborhood. It’s ridiculous. We shouldn’t have to go through this we all pay. Our mortgage is just like everyone else please rectify this situation. Neighbors have stated this guy has done this for years and no one has been able to stop him from doing it. It is a issue that needs to be addressed immediately.

I am writing to formally report a severe safety incident involving the driver of Bus Line 6 today, September 4, 2026, at approximately 5:53 PM. At this time, the driver deliberately closed the doors early, trapping a passenger in the doorway. This reckless behavior put the passenger at immediate risk of physical injury and directly violates standard safety protocols. Furthermore, this same driver has been deliberately skipping designated bus stops, ignoring passengers waiting to board or alight. This behavior is completely unacceptable, compromises public safety, and warrants immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination.Please investigate this incident using the route log and any available onboard camera footage. I request an update on the actions taken to address this dangerous behavior and ensure passenger safety moving forward.

Hi - there is a massively overgrown yard at this location and the weeds are blocking full access to the sidewalk. To make matters more challenging, the weeds have burrs on them that have hurt our dog. Thank you for your help!

This raises several municipal and state compliance concerns that I would like the city to address proactively with the operators: Zoning Use: The operation of a commercial, ticketed entertainment venue appears to conflict with residential zoning designations and the strict limitations placed on Home Occupations under the Bloomington UDO. State Fire Safety: Under Indiana Code § 22-14-3, public entertainment events that charge admission require a state Amusement and Entertainment Permit, which generally cannot be issued for Class 2 residential structures due to life-safety codes. Neighborhood Impacts: Recurring assemblies of this scale present consistent risks regarding the 24/7 noise ordinance (BMC Chapter 14.09) and residential occupancy limits. Please consider investigating this location and working constructively with the venue operators to guide them toward compliant business practices, or to help them transition their events to properly zoned commercial spaces.
