Stephen was asking about the city's response to Malibou house as he is a resident of the street on which one of their houses is located and expressed that he is already dealing with the effects of slummy properties, and this is making it much more difficult to deal with. It’s was my understanding with the Malibu House and Jeff Jones that several houses on Chris lane had lost renting privileges . I still see the Malibu house is open and has renters . I thought all this ended June 1? Has something changed ?

I saw this Walking with Ease sign at Bryan Park. For people with arthritis or poor balance or impaired vision / hearing or other such issues would walk around the asphalt paths with greater ease and sense of safety if some "Cyclists Yield to Pedestrians" signs were posted. This is especially true of the path through the middle of the park, which connects cyclists between the Allen Street Bicycle Boulevard and the Southdowns bike-ped lanes. I would suggest a sign at each end of that path, on the the Henderson and Woodlawn sides. I walk there frequently with my dog and friends. Cyclists approach from in front and behind. We pedestrians usually make room and sometimes the cyclists do. Sometimes they let us know when they come up from behind, but not always. Some signage could end the confusions over right-of-way. Keep in mind that the mid-path curves. That is pleasant and would be safer if cyclists slowed down and anticipated other users. Defensivei cycling, the cycling version of defensive driving. Thanks!

The side walk going towards 2nd street on Allen the trees r grown covering the sidewalk making it unable to see while walking ur dog at night thought maybe it could use some weed whacking and tree trimming
Someone needs to check on the construction crew working Rogers Street in the Patterson area. They are blocking the sidewalk with their materials on the east side near the warehouse. One of the contractors unexpectedly pulled his truck out onto the street to block a vehicle and then pulled it out aggressively again almost causing an accident. When confronted about this being unsafe he said “I can do whatever I want“.
The sidewalk from S Lakespur Ln. to Mother Hubbard’s is getting very over gown and muddy making it hard to walk on. There’s a lot of honey suckle and even poison ivy growing into the walking area.
