Since Rogers St. is closed between 3rd and 2nd St. please consider closing the left turn lane approaching the intersection the 3rd and Rogers St. from the east. I went out this morning to add some garbage to my bin before the garbage truck comes. I realize that someone had taken the garbage out of my bin and stolen it. It is nowhere around. They also took papers out of my recycling bin. The reason I am reporting this is that I have had someone at my home who has been threatened by another person in the community. I’m not really sure where to report this, and I will be hanging up security cameras today.
