Lori lane is the main road and entrance into the Edgewood hills subdivision. The road has a steep grade with a culvert below that was repaired a few years ago. The tar is cracking and falling apart along the middle of the road and over the area that was repaired.
Landlord does not keep retaining wall or vegetation off of sidewalk, making passage difficult for wheelchairs and baby strollers.
Landlord rarely cuts grass. Cut it 3 times in 2024. Backyard is even worse.
Large pothole near the right edge of the northbound lane of kinser pike. not deep, but very wide and hard to avoid.

My neighbor maintains a vacant property, and has since before 2013. The backyard is a junkyard, and a rodent resort. If he can maintain a vacant property, he should have to clean up.
