There is a hispanic male that does mechanic work all hours of the night, smoke everywhere, rev's the engine, major disturbance to the neighborhood. I live on washington st. and i can't sleep at night. This is not legal to do it all hours of the night.

Can someone ask these people working on this construction site to move their portable toilet out of sight a bit, maybe to the back of the lot? It is right there on the street, and it looks like this project is going to take until next summer. Aren't there rules about such things?
Sidewalk in front of this house is crumbling. Is the city responsible for it, or does the owner of the house have to keep it in reasonable shape?
There is a 5-6" circular hole/pit in the street. It is in the east-bound traffic lane on 4th Street, not the bicycle lane, about 25' west of College.
The construction in the lot of 203 E 10th St has loud machinery, banging, beeping, and demolition noise beginning as early as approximately 7:00 a.m, if not earlier. The prolonged noise is disruptive to nearby residents, particularly during the early morning hours, and makes it difficult to sleep and comfortably use our homes. This noise has been occurring for more than two weeks, consistently at extremely early hours. I would appreciate any steps that can be taken to minimize the disruption to neighboring residents. Dumpster by garage 1 and dumpster to the side of building 568 are overflowing. Trash, furniture and all kinds of debris. The areas have been bad for at least 3 days. 540 S. Basswood is address for manager's office.
When is the left turn arrow going to come back for northbound traffic coming from Rogers and turning west on Patterson?
We have a resident who has reported a street light being out and has been for 4 days. She said it's one of the ones at the front of the building, but couldn't specify the exact light post.
