Would it be possible to extend the time the Switchyard Park Splash Pad is open on Food Truck Fridays during the summer? The splash pad closed at 8pm on Friday but it was still very bright out and very hot. Extending the splash pad operating time an extra half hour to an hour might encourage individuals to stay at the parks a little longer together building a stronger community and more business for the food trucks. Old tire in the creek area of switcyard park. Possibly washed down from elsewhere with all the rain we've been having this week. See marked area on picture of map attached for area. It's north of the splashpad, south of the skate park, in the stream bed between he east & west bridges on the B-Line

On Sunday 12/4 at about 12:00 PM, I went to use the Electric Vehicle Chargers in the Switchyard parking lot. The two chargers on the south side would not activate when I plugged the cables into my car. I tried both of them. The two north chargers were in use by other cars and appeared to be working. I did not see the power light indicator on the two south stations, so it might just be a switched off breaker or it could be something wrong with the stations. Regardless, it should be looked into.

Switchyard basketball court lighting: Most of the park is well lit at night (pickleball court, skate park, etc.) but the basketball court isn't. Constituent would like to request lighting there so it's safer/easier to see.

Loose bolt on basketball hoop at Switchyard: The south basket at the Switchyard basketball court has a loose screw that keeps needing replaced/tightened. As you face the basket, it's the upper-left bolt. A constituent has been voluntarily tightening it when it gets loose, but he wants it fixed. He said last time the bolt fell out and the washer was lost and had to be backordered/the basket was out of commission for a while. He said he's submitted some complaints before and it is still a problem.

Multiple urban camp sites just off trail near dog runs. Clearly visible from b-line. lots of trash.

Observed a drum (as in musical) situation in the creek just south of the Switchyard skate park. Can see the drum from the newer path/metal overlook bridge.
