Owner is mixing tea at her residence in the basement of her home. This home and basement has sanitary issues (previously reported) such as ants, rodents, and squirrel infestation. There is not a licensed kitchen and I have ordered and afraid of what conditions my tea is packaged in. No response from business about my order and her tea shop is closed permanently since end of December. She has posted on social media she is working on the orders and other posts state she is working on them in her residence basement. This is a concern. Thank you for investigating. The business is Cup and Kettle Tea Shop. The website says it open, however no direct communication about online orders.

Owner of Cup and Kettle Tea LLP, Jessica Messmer, Medusa Enterprises LLC is mixing tea at the her own home on 1/28. The business is closed and she is now fulfilling online orders and city orders in her private residence basement without a commercial kitchen and guidelines. The basement had a recent rodent infestation and poor sanitation. This is a concern for health and breaks the law. Please address this, I fear someone will get sick. Can Bloomington Police check in at Food Truck Fridays to put a stop to kids on electric motorcycles? On Friday, May 15, a kid was racing around on a electric motorcycle. He was going perpendicular to the B-Line zipping back and forth across it, going behind the pavilion and then across along the playground between it and the green tables. He was traveling on the electric motorcycle doing wheelies and traveling at a high rate of speed with total disregard to traffic on the B-Line and children at the playground. This motorcycle should be ticketed and removed from the park. It's not allowed on the trails and is being operated recklessly.

One of the businesses just north of Broadview neighborhood on Rogers street is sounding an alarm like a truck's reverse beep during the city's overnight quiet hours. On Thursday May 20th it can be heard at 3am at nearby residences.

Sexton Wilbert vault company continuously violates the cities noise ordinance and I would like to file a formal complaint. I have lived in the neighborhood for over 35 years without complaint, however, S & W is getting increasingly getting louder with their semi-truck idling for over 2 hours every week (1 - 3:30 a.m.). Also, their access from the street needs to be looked at. It is very dangerous to the traffic traveling east/west on Allen street. The access is too steep for them to stop with their oversized equipment attached to their vehicles. There was an accident a few weeks ago because the truck could not stop and crashed into oncoming traffic. This accident destroyed my mailbox and damaged my yard. I would greatly appreciate if someone from the street department could investigate the access in and out of Sexton Wilbert Vault Company. It is very dangerous and needs to be addressed.
