The scooter is still on the corner of 3rd Street and Meadowbrook, blocking the handicapped-accessible sidewalk ramp. This issue will eventually lead to an accident. Please immediately remove this nuisance from the sidewalk accessibility ramp. I went outside at 5:09 PM and took the picture uploaded here.
A Lime e-bike has been parked on the sidewalk since the Labor Day weekend (Saturday). Can the neighbors and I bring it somewhere so it is no longer a hazard? To Switchyard Park? Also, what is the town of Bloomington's law regarding how long these rented vehicles can remain abandoned on a public sidewalk? And if a pedestrian is injured by this e-bike while blocking the sidewalk, would the law go after the town of Bloomington, the entity that has legalized this type of vehicle's use? Previously, there was an e-bike on my neighbor's front lawn for six weeks. My neighbor should be given a form of payment for use/rental of the front lawn for the vehicle's storage. ELIDA C. Can you have the city or someone hang the BEAD banners from the lamp posts in the 600-700 blocks of West Kirkwood again?

I am emailing to request a target date we will be required to vacate our space. Warrant Technologies currently resides in the Showers Building at 320 W. 8th St, Suite 207 Bloomington, IN 47404. We have been verbally notified by three different city representatives, one of which was the deputy mayor, that will be required to move out prior to end of our lease. We have inquired each time – When will we be required to move? No response has been provided to date. This is having a detrimental impact to our ability to support our customers. We cannot plan for / execute upgrades needed to include facility security measures, classified holding capability, expanded connectivity to include classified connection, cooling, alarms, and additional access control. Warrant needs an answer to the following questions; • Will we be required to move out? • If yes, when will we be required to move? • If no, will we be able to exercise our lease option years? Well past city quiet hours, either IMEI or Catalent are running equipment that beeps so loudly I can hear it from inside my home. During the day, this is expected and understood since I chose to purchase a home near these businesses. However, regularly at 11pm on a Wednesday or 3am on a Monday, I am either kept awake or woken up by consistent and constant beeping. I am not sure what the City can do to enforce quiet hours upon businesses but it would be really great if something could be done. ** Entered by Susan Coates of ESD.
On east side of b line between Kirkwood and 6th Street. Chicken waddle hangs down into head space about 4 ft from edge of path. This is a relatively congested part of the b line and it is often necessary to detour off the path here to get around a stationary group. i have had close calls with this chicken waddle, and other people have actually hit it with their heads while biking. Now that dave williams is gone could we get a little consideration for safety?
