Location: Public alleyway running between W. Dixie Street and W. Dodds Street, directly behind/adjacent to 963 S Fairview St. Issue Description: I am writing to report a severe maintenance and access hazard in the public right-of-way. The public alleyway at this location is heavily overgrown with public-side vegetation, bushes, and tree limbs. This unmaintained overgrowth has completely blocked my property at 614 W Dixie’s ingress. It is physically impossible to safely pull a vehicle into the address without sustaining vehicle damage from the brush, entirely cutting off access to my property. Because this is a dedicated public right-of-way, I am requesting that the Street Division dispatch a crew to cut back the encroaching limbs and clear the obstruction to restore neighborhood property access as soon as possible. On Wylie a bit west of Hawthorne (address is 830 Hawthorne. Several squares of sidewalk so badly cracked i caught my foot in one and almost tripped. SS4A should include walkable sidewalks or should I say sidewalks that pedestrians can use safely, including ones who have impaired mobility and/or vision. Thanks!

I am submitting a noise complaint regarding the apartment construction occurring near my residence at 453 W That Rd, Bloomington, IN 47403. While the early‑morning noise has happened occasionally, today was the worst, with construction activity beginning around 4:50 AM. The noise at that hour is extremely loud and disruptive. I respectfully request that the City look into this and ensure the construction site is following Bloomington’s permitted construction hours. Thank you for your attention.

Mowing there left road and curb full of grass Big problem in bloomington. City need to contact the people who do this, and tell them not do this. Send letters out to Mowing companies, to let workers know to blow this out of walks and streets. Maybe it would help solve this problem.

Utility work on driveway at sidewalk eliminated concrete. The sidewalk was never repaired and this is the third year I've asked for repair for less hazardous pedestrian passage on sidewalk where driveway crosses.
