Other: Location: Public alleyway running between W. Dixie Street and W. Dodds Street, directly behind/adjacent to 963 S Fairview St. Issue Description: I am writing to report a severe maintenance and access hazard in the public right-of-way. The public alleyway at this location is heavily overgrown with public-side vegetation, bushes, and tree limbs. This unmaintained overgrowth has completely blocked my property at 614 W Dixie’s ingress. It is physically impossible to safely pull a vehicle into the address without sustaining vehicle damage from the brush, entirely cutting off access to my property. Because this is a dedicated public right-of-way, I am requesting that the Street Division dispatch a crew to cut back the encroaching limbs and clear the obstruction to restore neighborhood property access as soon as possible. Thank you.
