Other: On Wylie a bit west of Hawthorne (address is 830 Hawthorne. Several squares of sidewalk so badly cracked i caught my foot in one and almost tripped. SS4A should include walkable sidewalks or should I say sidewalks that pedestrians can use safely, including ones who have impaired mobility and/or vision. Thanks!
