Myself and one other car just waited at this stop light for five minutes trying to turn left. We were facing west on Buick Cadillac Boulevard attempting to turn left (south) onto College Mall Road. The light would not change. It was only when a car across the street pulled up to the stoplight that the light finally changed.

Approximately three large potholes in the parking lot on the left side when you're facing toward Lennie's.
When making a right turn onto Curry Pike from Gifford Rd, you now have to immediately stop for the light in front of the old Otis Elevator building for no apparent reason. If there are multiple cars or a city bus, you are forced to stop on the train tracks there. Many people are just running thru the red light. Was this changed intentionally or is is malfunctioning?
Severe asphalt deterioration in front of the property. The roadway exhibits widespread alligator cracking (fatigue cracking) with a developing pothole in the center where the pavement is breaking away. This area requires patching and repaving to prevent further breakdown and potential vehicle damage.

Deep potholes on South Rogers/Country Club
On our Second Street sidewalk there are two spots that are broken and dangerous. Two neighbors have fallen and told me to call the City!
Please re-paint this yellow curb a brighter yellow. It is often in shadow and I think this leads it to look more gray causing people to mistake it for a parking spot.
For years there has been a build up of road sand on the bike lane. I'm assuming it has been missed because road sweepers cannot access it do to a road divider for the bus pick up at this spot. The build up causes the sidewalk to flood frequently.
