Other: Myself and one other car just waited at this stop light for five minutes trying to turn left. We were facing west on Buick Cadillac Boulevard attempting to turn left (south) onto College Mall Road. The light would not change. It was only when a car across the street pulled up to the stoplight that the light finally changed.
