Debris Removal (Sand, General Street Debris):

Other: For years there has been a build up of road sand on the bike lane. I'm assuming it has been missed because road sweepers cannot access it do to a road divider for the bus pick up at this spot. The build up causes the sidewalk to flood frequently.
