Trees and overgrowth. For years, trees and bushes on city R/W have impeded Prospect Street adjoining the property (west of S. Madison St). Beacon GIS will confirm that the overgrowth is in the R/W. The street department at times has cut back the overgrowth. The planning department has indicated that there are invasive plants at this location. Trees hang down and touch vehicles when not trimmed. The problem has continued to get worse over the past several years. Not only is the overgrowth unmanageable, it is unsightly, detracting from neighborhood property values. Street has a lot of gravel and other debris. Please send a street cleaner. Residents will need to be notified so that they can park elsewhere. This is from Hillsdale Dr. to Overhill Dr. on E 5th Street.

There are wires hanging down across the Palmer Greenway. The tree is on the property at 412 E Wylie - but the wires are over the public space. Please go look.
