There is a hispanic male that does mechanic work all hours of the night, smoke everywhere, rev's the engine, major disturbance to the neighborhood. I live on washington st. and i can't sleep at night. This is not legal to do it all hours of the night.

The person living at 1201 S Palmer has 2 fences erected along their driveway/house. One is 6 feet in height and the other one is 9 or 10 feet high. I understand the maximum height is 6 feet. If this is correct, please help in getting this removed. Thank you.

Joe Davis, who lives down the street, has kept both of his trucks in front of our house for the past two weeks making it extremely difficult to pull in and back out of our driveway. Porch light is bright, piercing bulb that casts shadows through the windows of neighboring properties. Tenants (who change most years) tend to leave it on for days/weeks at a time. The fixture is unshielded glass and the bulb sits below that fixture anyway.
