Planning staff observed two lighting fixtures which were not properly shielded. We will issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) Warning letter to the property owner, establishing a deadline for bringing the lighting at the property into compliance.

Apologies, I commented on the incorrect uReport. Planning staff have not yet investigated this complaint, but it is on our list to investigate soon.

Planning staff observed light which is not meeting shielding requirements. It is on our list to send a Notice of Violation (NOV) Warning letter for noncompliant lighting to the property owner.
