This resident grills/meat smokes all day, almost every single day. The smoke fills the surrounding neighborhood blocks, and it smells like a fire constantly. I cannot open my windows or be outside at my home because of the poor air quality and its affects on my health. It causes respiratory issues and coughing fits amongst other things.
The resident walks away from the grill while it's operating. He digs through the BHA dumpsters and uses the BHA dumpsters to dispose of his trash.
Can you please direct me to local ordinances of air quality pollution in residential areas, and investigate the possibility that this is a commercial use of a grill/smoker in a residential area? I find the frequency and duration of his grilling is so improbable for personal residential use. It was like this last year as well: grilling all day every day with smoke filling the neighborhood and inability to use the outside areas of my home.

This residence always has an abundance of cars parked on the street. This weekend they were parked informing of our mail box also parked to the stop sign. This winter they were unable to plow our road because of the car situation. Our elderly neighbor was unable to back out of her drive way.
For the past few month since moving in they play their music so loud it rattles our windows and shakes our house. Yesterday the music started at 1pm and didn’t end until the early hours of the morning. Even after the police came and asked them to turn it down. Playing songs saying “Stick you fist in my Pu**y at high volume while there are families walking and riding bikes is not what our neighborhood signed up for. This has been going on for months as stated before.

An orange "Core&Main" tarp has been up between our property (1437 N Kinser Pike) and the Aspen Heights property for about 2 years. I spoke with Aspen Heights and they said it was the purview of the city. It doesn't seem to be doing anything productive anymore, as far as I can tell, but if it is, half of it has fallen down. It makes for extra yard work, mowing around it and weedwacking by it. If it can be taken down, that would be great. If it needs to stay up, may we politely request it be fixed where it has fallen.

In response to the response to https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=210064, I understand that the mural is on private property, but it appears to violate several provisions of the UDO regarding size, placement, and relevance of advertisements and signage in public.

This appears to be an advertisement for IU Football in the right-of-way in a public park.

When walking in the cemetery a needle was lying in the grass. Disconcerting as I was walking with a curious dog and 3-year old.

There is an old homeless women screaming cuss words at the top of her lungs on the b-line trail by the Bloomingfoods. Her behavior is seriously concerning. She is almost always there.

I found a gun magazine near the storm drain when walking to my vehicle. Not sure how much of a gun safety issue this is, but I think someone should probably grab it.

In a storm a couple of months ago a tree fell and took out powerlines and pole on our property at 2403. But there are other lines down that must be ATT or Xfinity lines. I've called Xfinity and they have done nothing. I doubt the lines are dangerous, but I hope there is a way to compel them to deal with this issue (which also affects other neighbors whose properties the lines run through. FYI we purchased the 2403 property in order to renovate the existing structure. We are in process of designing the renovations, and cleaning out the derelict property.
