Other: There is a car with flat tires, on a jack, on Wiltshire Court. Neighbors and city workers have reported this many many many many many many times. It's been there for years - at least since 2020. The city does nothing. There are also big tree limbs down on Wiltshire Court, dropped off a tree on private property, and the owner has no apparent intention of cleaning them up. This is a nice neighborhood and the city's complete refusal to address these problems, despite repeated complaints, is shameful. Shouldn't the neighbors here who care for their property be offered more courtesy than those who do not?
