Other: The "resident" is in jail on drug dealing/manufacturing charges. She has declined services multiple times. Meanwhile, property values decrease, and her property is over-ran with pests, and trash, among other things. It is not hard to see the solution is to enforce city codes. My patience is gone. Dealing with this for 10 years or more. So, I, and other neighbors have zero patience left.
