There is a back-hoe parked in the back-yard, animal cages and multiple vehicles on the property. He is running two separate business from the house and the whole place looks like Pigeon Hill. All of our neighbors are very upset about how the property is full of junk and don't how he can do this in a neighborhood.

504 W Dixie St, Bloomington. House has not been lived in for over a decade. Two abandoned vehicles in back yard are being used as shelter for a person who is apparently unhoused and unrelated to deceased owner and her family. The site is a mess with belongings strewn over the entire yard. It is unclear how human waste is being dealt with. Within the last week, curtains have been hung around the front porch to inhibit view to front door. I believe the unhoused person or person have gained unauthorized access to the house through this or the back door, because a window along the east alley side that has been covered with blind and curtain for over a decade now has the curtain pulled back. One can also see through the east vent into the attic that there is a hole in the attic roof, making it accessible to animals. This situation has become untenable, and a hazard for sanitation as well as the perceived safety of me and other neighbors.

Ceaseless work on property by staff, including late into the evening. Dumpster and portapot on site for approximately 5 years. Excessive lighting at all hours of the night. Soil erosion into the floodplain as a result of excavation and tree removal.

They have been doing lots of major renovations and construction on the building and haven’t pulled any city permits.

There are exterior lights that are very bright and unshaded on the east side of this house that are lighting up neighboring properties. This has been documented by the city as light trespass and is a code violation, but seems like nothing is being done about this. They have been left on for days, day and night, and it is disruptive to nature and it is annoying. Is it ok because they have a million dollar house? Please enforce this. Thank you for giving this your attention.

Several concerns : as you exit 3rd st and make yr way up the 150’ turn onto s muller: 1) there are no sidewalks - after the initial work was done near 3rd st. This is a dangerous walk for the tenants in the housing complex down muller. Students etc have to walk in the road 2) there needs to be a speed bump added across from the fire hydrant and across form Steward Electric. Reports will show several accidents here. Once drivers clear the speed bump coming out from the housing area - it’s light them up time down to 3rd st. 3) severe potholes on the first 150 ft up the hill on muller Pkwg off third. Hello. I have a question / concern regarding dumpsters on private property. Our neighbor has a full size construction dumpster in their driveway , but never any construction happening. They have when they are approximately 60% of the time. While the one that is there currently has been there since approximately last summer, they have been putting household trash in it for the last couple of months. While the dumpster is an eyesore in a neighborhood, are concern is that the dumpster never gets emptied it just sits there. I'm not sure who to have this conversation with at the city. Thanks
