Residents of 524-C: loud music shaking walls and windows, drug odor, suspected underage drinking, singing, screaming, yelling all night every night (weekdays) often from roughly 8pm to between 3 and 6am.
Broken Large recycle container lid. I previously reported. Was told it would be fixed twice and it has not been. Original ticket was closed without action so I called again and was told it would be repaired last week and it was not. So, reporting again hoping issue will be taken care of. Could not reach anyone on phone this time.

What appears to be a sump pump discharge pipe at 801 W Howe Street is sending a significant amount of liquid water into the public right-of-way during freezing conditions. Water is being dumped onto the sidewalk on S Maple Street, between W 2nd and W Howe. This is creating a driving hazard and safety issue at the intersection of W Howe and S Maple, as the liquid water is running out into the intersection, pooling, and freezing into a sheet of ice. What doesn't freeze at this intersection is travelling down Howe to the entrance for the Building Trade Park parking lot, where it is also freezing into a sheet of ice.
Heater does not work. Has not worked for over week and half. Had problems with the unit last year too. Rats, mice and Roachs too.
Husky left outside for hours . Broken canvas doghouse with only three legs as shelter . The shelter wouldn’t be Ben stand up if he was in it . . Laying on mini trampoline . He is tied outside .
Five dogs ran all around the yard, barking constantly, from 5 to 5:30 today at which time the two large dogs spent until 5:47 jumping against the back door to get back into the house. At no time did anyone come out of the house to look into all the noise being made.
