Hi Joy, switching this from Gabriel for future inspection/investigation. However, I can see from the satellite imagery that this is a home with the back facing the frontage of Moores PK. We will have to see which lot type under the fencing standards this falls into since this is at a culs-de-sac and what height standards apply accordingly. Typically, the four foot standard applies forward of the front building wall and not the back of a property.
