Email sent providing appeal information
Other: I live in Evansville IN. I came to Bloomington to a local venue, parked and took photo of QR CODE. Nothing appeared on email or Venmo. I went into the Venue and came out 2 hrs later to a $30.00 ticket. Please know I tried to do as asked when parking. I am requesting my parking citation be waived. Respectfully, Amy M TenBarge
Email sent providing appeal information
I’m sorry for the inconvenience and understand your frustration. However, parking payment must be successfully completed at the time of parking, and taking a photo of the QR code alone does not constitute payment. Unfortunately, I’m unable to waive the citation based on the circumstances described. There is an appeal process available if you would like to contest the citation. Instructions for submitting an appeal are printed on the envelope that the citation was provided in. You can also find additional parking information at bloomington.in.gov/parking.
