Good morning Betty, I've uploaded a simple overview of the closure area that I was referring to in my previous comment. The southern sidewalk on W 2nd St from Walker to College is closed due to the 2nd Street Modernization project. The signage is intended to guide pedestrians from the southwest corner of 2nd and College across to the northwest corner to utilize the open sidewalk on the north side of W 2nd Street.
