Thank you for letting us know about the signal timing. We are aware of the issue and are working on adjustments so that traffic on Tapp Road is not stopped when there are no vehicles or pedestrians on the side street needing service.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the operation corrected soon.
