Traffic Signals:

Other: The light at Tapp Rd and Deborah Dr has been triggering to green for Deborah Drive with no traffic present. It's stops Tapp Rd for 40 seconds for no reason. Can this be fixed when it's only green when there is traffic on Deborah vs randomly for no reason?
