We are currently looking into the signal timing at Tapp Road and Deborah Drive and agree that Tapp Road should not be stopping as frequently or for as long when there is little or no traffic coming from Deborah Drive. We are working on resolving the issue and expect to have the operation improved soon. We’ll also keep the concern about vehicles using the additional eastbound lane to pass queued traffic in mind as we review the intersection.
