Connect with City Leaders at District 5 Traveling Town Hall

Mayor Kerry Thomson invites residents to the next Traveling Town Hall on Monday, October 6, from 6 to 7 p.m. at Jackson Creek Middle School (3980 S. Sare Road) in District 5. The event will feature Housing and Neighborhood Development (HAND) Director Anna Killion-Hanson and will have a special focus on housing.

Town Halls allow residents to connect directly with local leaders, ask questions, and learn more about city initiatives. The event will begin with a brief update from Mayor Thomson on current and upcoming projects. Following the update, attendees can submit questions on index cards distributed at the door, which the City leadership panel will address. If time permits, the evening will conclude with a live Q&A session for additional questions.

Residents of District 5 and community members citywide are encouraged to attend, especially those with feedback or questions related to housing. The event offers an opportunity to engage directly with City leadership and learn more about ongoing initiatives and operations.

The meeting will be broadcast live on Community Access Television Services (CATS) and available for on-demand viewing a catstv.net
