City Offers Free On-Street Parking Over Thanksgiving Weekend and in Garages Saturdays in December

Bloomington, Ind. - The City of Bloomington will offer free on-street parking downtown from Thursday, November 22 through Sunday, November 25 in recognition of the Thanksgiving holiday.  

Throughout the month of December, Saturday parking in the City’s public garages -- including Morton Street, 4th Street and Walnut Street -- will be free of charge.  

On-street parking is free on the following government holidays and additional dates during the upcoming season:
 

• Thursday, November 22, 2018

• Friday, November 23, 2018

• Saturday, November 24, 2018 (in recognition of Small Business Saturday)

• Tuesday, December 25, 2018

• Monday, December 31, 2018 (after 5 p.m.)

• Tuesday, January 1, 2019
