Eastbound Lane on West Kirkwood Closed For Repairs
Bloomington, Ind. - City of Bloomington Utilities reported at 11:20 am that it has closed the eastbound lane in the 800 block of West Kirkwood Avenue between Waldron and Maple Streets in order to repair a culvert that has collapsed.
