The Fair Labor Initiative (FLI) is designed to recognize local restaurants that voluntarily affirm that they are in compliance with applicable laws. If you would like to participate, please fill out and return the Fair Employment Practices Compliance Agreement to the BHRC and we will send you a decal for your restaurant.
