There was a misunderstanding about how big trash cans could be and the amount of trash in container not to exceed 40 pounds. This is a group home. We did send a man out and got trash.

Hand employee called in saying that the resident got her days mixed up and she had lots of stuff to be picked up and could we do a courtesy pick up. She had a couch, chair plus her trash. We got it picked up that day.
