Courtesy Pick up. I sent Dean and Matt out and they said trash was gone. Resident said they had to take the trash away themselves because the land lord was on them. resident called in said we keep missing him I checked with britt and he said they don't always have trash out, we have never written him up before. Resident said his landlord turned him over to HAND and they wrote him a $75 fine. Britt will watch this address next week.

Resident called in to question why so many trucks on her street today. She said it was confusing to figure out when to have everything out. I tried to explain,but I could tell she was not getting it,so I radioed Shelby and he went to her house and tried to explain it to her.
