At least one sewer grate on the south side of CC needs a clean-up, especially one that looks like it has a shrub growing out of it unless that's growing out of the road. For location, it seems it's closer to Banta but I don't know which house it's in front of without driving past again so I guessed. I don't know the correct technology from the 3 choices below.
There has been a "One Lane Road Ahead" sign on the sidewalk in front of our house for at least a week. Yesterday it was moved from the sidewalk into our front yard. There is no road lane reduction ahead, so this sign should be removed.

The public easement around the property is very degraded and has big holes that is causing damage to our tenants cars. Can we please get these fixed and leveled?
There are more than the allowed number of adult occupants. They also consistently park a large truck directly in front of the stop sign, blocking visibility.

ATT just installed fiber for my neighbor. They tapped the power/utility line directly in front of my house to do so and strung a low hanging fiber line across my yard to the neighbors house. Its less than 15ft off the ground, dangles over a tree I just planted in my yard that will absolutely cause issues for the install (considering it doesn't get yanked out by a car driving under it). Please have them take this down before it causes an accident.

They tapped the line that passes in front of my property and just hung a wire in the middle of the air over my yard. its probably less than 15ft off the ground over my neighbors driveway. Maybe slightly higher in my yard, directly over a tree I planted that will within a year or two become a nuisance for this half-baked install (considering it doesn't get yanked down by a car immediately). It looks like trash and is a hazard. Please have them remove/redo.
